If you have always wanted to learn to dive or are simply curious about SCUBA, then a Try Dive with Barnsley BSAC Divers is the perfect introduction! In the safe confines of the Barnsley Metrodome 4 metre diving pool, a BSAC Instructor will introduce you to the basic skills and equipment needed to experience the thrill of breathing underwater for the very first time!
Meet us in the Board Room (off the bowling alley) at 7:30pm on the date you’ve agreed with us. We’ll introduce you to your Dive Instructor for the evening who will tell you what will happen. You can also chat to the rest of us about anything you like.
We hope during the evening you will have had enough opportunity to talk about things and decide if you want to come back to join up or carry on checking out whether diving is for you.
Please note – Before your Try Dive you will be asked to read and complete a medical form – you can save time by downloading and completing the Try Dive medical and responsibility declaration in advance of your session.
If Tuesdays are not convenient for you, then our sister clubs Dearne Valley Divers and Doncaster Sub Aqua Club can offer try dives on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Please contact them for more details.
